ALL SALES ARE FINAL. R-Squared Collection LLC has a no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy.  Products sold through R-Squared Collection LLC are customized for each purchaser.  As such, we are unable to refund monies to you, accept returned merchandise, or exchange merchandise for another item.  

 

Damaged Items in Transit may qualify for a refund of the purchase price via the same payment method used by the purchaser.  If a purchased item arrives damaged, the purchaser must notify the company within three (3) days of delivery (shipments are tracked) by email to: R-Squared Collection, LLC, ATTN: Customer Service, support@rsquaredcollection.com.  Please use “Damaged Items” in the subject line along with the Order #.  The notification email must include the order #, purchaser’s name & contact information, date of purchase, and photos of the damaged item and shipping container/packaging.  The date and time the photos are taken must be clearly visible in the photos. The purchaser must ship the damaged item back to the company, within three (3) days after submitting the notification email.  The package should be shipped with tracking enabled.  Failure to follow these steps will void any damaged in transit claim purchaser may have.

 

All items shipped by R-Squared Collection LLC are covered by insurance.  Once the item is received by the company, an insurance claim will be submitted to the shipping carrier.  R-Squared Collection will take necessary steps to file and follow-up with the insurance claim with the shipping carrier. R-Squared Collection will notify purchaser of the outcome within 60 days of receiving the damaged item back from the purchaser.  The outcome of the claim processing will determine whether any funds are due to the purchaser due to damage in transit.
